Returns & Exchanges

At Tabio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
